1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and 555tt ("555tt", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 555tt website located at 555tt.io, including all associated betting, casino, live dealer, sports wagering and account management services offered through that website.

By registering an account with 555tt, accessing the 555tt platform, placing a bet or wager, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the 555tt platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 555tt platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

555tt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access betting, casino and other services on the 555tt platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to update your account information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 555tt account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment credentials or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, duplicate balances will be voided, and withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555tt account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 555tt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. 555tt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport or driving licence — and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed or at any point deemed necessary by 555tt's compliance team. Processing of withdrawals may be paused until KYC verification is completed satisfactorily.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability and KYC verification status. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 555tt targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals; actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider conditions, compliance checks or system maintenance periods.

4.4 Currency

All 555tt account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to BDT deposits or withdrawals. 555tt does not accept or distribute cryptocurrency of any kind.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is considered accepted and binding only when you receive a confirmation from the 555tt platform displaying a unique bet reference number. Bets placed that do not generate a confirmation reference should be treated as unconfirmed and you should contact support immediately.

5.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in odds, prices, paylines or any other element of a bet or game — including technical malfunctions — 555tt reserves the right to void any affected bet or game result and return the staked amount to the member's account. This applies to both pre-match and live in-play betting markets, as well as casino game sessions.

5.3 Bet Cancellation

Once confirmed, a bet may not be cancelled or amended by the member. 555tt may cancel or void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, market suspension, manifest pricing error, or evidence of suspicious betting activity.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

555tt applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event and per day, details of which are published in the relevant product rules section of the platform. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout limit, the payout will be capped at the published maximum.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

555tt offers a range of bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback promotions and seasonal promotional events for eligible members. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of opt-in:

• Bonus offers are available to members aged 21 and above only. Promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address and device.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contribution rates will be displayed at the point of opt-in for each offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Any bonus balance remaining at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• 555tt reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Where 555tt has reasonable grounds to believe a bonus is being misused — including but not limited to low-risk matched betting, hedging, arbitrage exploitation or abuse of bonus terms — it reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings and suspend the account pending review.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions may only be claimed once per eligible member.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

555tt is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555tt platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with casino games or manipulate any platform function.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors rather than reporting them to 555tt support.
• Collusion with other members to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games or any other multiplayer product.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage or matched betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional offers or guaranteed profit scenarios at 555tt's expense.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to launder funds or use the 555tt platform for any form of financial crime.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 555tt may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: void bets and casino game results, confiscate account balances, suspend or permanently close the account, report the matter to relevant authorities, and pursue recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited conduct.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).

12. Suspension & Termination

555tt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, underage gambling, abusive behaviour toward support staff, or prolonged account inactivity.

Members may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting 555tt support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Bonus balances and associated winnings not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13. Amendments

555tt may amend these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version at 555tt.io/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, 555tt will provide reasonable notice to active members via the email address registered to their account or via a notification displayed on the platform at login.
